Jen Rolfe
Clinical Case Manager
Jen joins us as an experienced Occupational Therapist and Expert Witness, and she specialises in equipment and housing adaptations for adults with complex physical disabilities, or long-term health conditions.
About Jen
Working with clients, their families and carers in their own homes, Jen’s work enables them to remain as independent as possible, which is incredibly valuable to clients and their families. Jen utilises her extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist and Expert Witness to facilitate positive outcomes for her clients.
