Rachael Vickers
Payroll and Training Coordinator
Rachael is our Payroll and Training Coordinator and works within the HR team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and efficient HR and payroll functions for all support workers working with SSCM clients. Rachael works closely with case managers to coordinate support worker training needs.
About Rachael
Rachael has been a part of the StanleySmith Case Management team since 2022, and she coordinates the training and payroll for care teams, working closely with case managers to ensure the client’s needs are met. Rachael completes the monthly payroll and deals with day-to-day HR queries. Alongside the HR team, she works closely with Peninsula HR, who underpin our HR support.
Rachael is based in the SSCM office and is one of the first points of call for care teams or Case Managers with any issues or queries, working quickly and efficiently to support them.
