Clinical Case Manager

Liz brings a wealth of legal expertise to SSCM, from her thirty-year career as a personal injury solicitor. She provides development opportunities to the entire StanleySmith team.

About Liz

Liz fosters strong, collaborative relationships between solicitors and case managers, meeting with legal professionals and attending marketing and industry events. Liz manages the incoming referrals to SSCM, proofreads case management reports and provides tailored training to the SSCM team to help their understanding of litigation claims and information needed by legal teams.

Honours degree in Law, Jesus College, Cambridge University

Law Society Finals, College of Law, York

STEP (Cambridge) grade 1, Cambridge Law Studies Test grade 3

Personal injury litigation
Supporting case managers to provide an excellent service to their clients via effective collaboration with personal injury, clinical negligence and Court of Protection lawyers

Understanding the needs of clients newly referred to the team and matching them to appropriately skilled case managers
