Our Office Team
Rebecca Shields
Rebecca supports the directors with the operations of SSCM. She is the first point of contact for queries; she coordinates work coming through the SSCM office and liaises with solicitors and stakeholders at networking events. Rebecca assists with the recruitment of new case managers to the business.

Matt has a background in teaching and then working as a team leader for clients with complex needs. He has been working as a Case Management Assistant with StanleySmith Case Management since the beginning of 2022 and started working as a Case Manager in 2024.

Rachael is our Payroll and Training Coordinator and works within the HR team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and efficient HR and payroll functions for all support workers working with SSCM clients. Rachael works closely with case managers to coordinate support worker training needs.
