Amy Greening

Clinical Case Manager

As a Case Manager and occupational therapist, Amy has over twenty years of experience assessing and meeting the needs of individuals with a multitude of different health conditions. Her clients cover a broad age range, from young adults with multiple and profound physical and learning disabilities, through to older adults at end of life.

About Amy

Amy provides support with managing emotional and mental consequences of injuries, helping with anxiety, low mood and depression. She has excellent communication skills and can work with people who may be in crisis and help them work through the priorities and problems, leaving them feeling reassured that someone has really listened, understood, and can make a positive impact.

The needs of her clients, their loved ones and carers are always considered, given Amy’s person-centred, holistic approach.

Amy has extensive experience in assessing people in their own homes and prescribing a wide range of aids and adaptations, ranging from bathroom adaptations to whole extensions and re-housing. She advocates strongly for her clients to get them the best services available.

Amy has a particular expertise in formulating care plans and training carers. She supervises staff and interviews for roles. She is also Level 4 ROSPA-trained (moving and handling) and a practice educator.

  • BSc( Hons) Occupational Therapy, St Loyes School of Occupational Therapy, Exeter
  • ROSPA Level 4, People Handling, Train the Trainer & Risk Assessment
  • Practice Educator with proven experience of supervising students and staff
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with Health and Social Care Council
  • Associate Member of the Occupational Therapy Practice
