Clinical Case Manager
As a paediatric case manager, Caroline is experienced in working with and coordinating all the services around a young person, be they education, rehabilitation, care or equipment providers.
About Caroline
With a background as a paediatric physiotherapist, Caroline works closely with young people and their families to build rapport and assess and implement care and rehabilitation. Caroline writes detailed reports, including Education and Health Care Plans. In particular, Caroline has extensive experience in teaching parents and carers regarding postural management equipment, as well as in spasticity management for children with brain injuries.
