Clinical Case Manager
About Emma
During her nursing career, during which she rose to the level of sister, Emma nursed people with complex physical and cognitive conditions, brain injury, spinal injury, orthopaedic injury, amputation and neurological disorders, in a variety of settings.
She also worked as an NHS Continuing Healthcare commissioning nurse, assessing eligibility for CHC funding and case managing patients once funding was awarded.
As a Case Manager, she supports the rehabilitation and care of individuals and their families following a life-changing injury. Empathetic by nature, with strong communication skills, she enjoys building therapeutic relationships and is driven to support clients in achieving their goals and living the highest quality of life possible. She is highly organised with a keen eye for detail. She enjoys combining clinical and business skills to effectively assess, plan, source and manage services, tailored to meet clients’ individual needs, preferences and wishes.

- RN/BSc (Hons) Nursing Practice – Adult (First Class Hons)
- PGDip Community Specialist Practitioner District Nursing
- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Member of the Case Management Society UK; the British Association of Brain Injury and Complex Case Management and the Royal College of Nursing
