Mart is our HR and Recruitment Advisor, who is the first point of contact for all HR enquiries. Mart has over 10 years of experience in leading teams, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance.
About Mart
Mart is skilled in recruitment and onboarding, organising training and payroll support, maintaining accurate employee records. Reviewing and applying HR policies, managing performance and promoting a positive workplace culture. Mart is currently studying his CIPD Level 3 and bringing that knowledge back to the StanleySmith team.
