Clinical Case Manager Michelle works closely with our older clients and has extensive experience working with individuals with dementia, cognitive impairment, complex care needs and neurodivergence.
About Michelle
Michelle leads with compassion and expertise, specialising in dementia care for people of all ages and complex case management for older adults. She is also experienced in supporting clients without next of kin living in long-term care and nursing settings, ensuring their needs, choices, and dignity are protected through strong advocacy and professional oversight.
