Sally Nolan
Case Manager
About Sally
Throughout her career, Sally has gained significant experience coordinating rehabilitation and support with families, rehabilitation teams, carers and employers. She also sets up and manages employed and agency care packages where she organises training and supervision for support workers. She also enjoys mentoring new Case Managers and sharing her extensive knowledge as part of the Mentoring Team at StanleySmith Case Management. Additionally, Sally has had Advanced Membership of BABICM since 2019.
Sally is also an Occupational Therapist, with 30 years of experience across various specialisms including mental health, paediatrics, orthopaedics, general medicine and neurology. This has fully equipped Sally to support her clients who have acquired brain injuries or have had a stroke.
A special interest of Sally’s is vocational rehabilitation as she has found it particularly rewarding to be able to empower her clients to achieve their goals and maximising quality of life.
