Case Manager
About Zoe
Zoe’s work involves supporting clients through the early assessment stage, acquiring appropriate high-level specialist equipment, therapy, transport, accommodation and managing care packages. Zoe often works with people over several years, ensuring they have all of the necessary support.
With over 30 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, Zoe has worked across the NHS, for local authorities and in independent practice settings. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with various physical, cognitive, sensory and communication difficulties, including individuals with Cerebral Palsy. Additionally, Zoe has worked with clients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, Amputations, complex orthopaedic injuries, and brachial plexus injuries.
During her career, Zoe has prepared numerous care and equipment cost analysis reports associated with personal injury and clinical negligence claims, working closely with the claimant solicitors and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority
